Inspections + Appraisal

As your buyer's agent, I'll highly recommend various inspections so that you can rest easy that the home you are purchasing is safe and sound for you and your loved ones. While a VA appraisal is required, the following three items are typically required by a VA loan lender prior to closing:

  • Termite Inspection + Section 1 Clearance (Required in CA but varies by state).
  • Septic Inspection + Certification (If the property contains a septic tank).
  • Water Well Test (if the property has a water well).
