While the requirements vary per state, in CA, termite is required. Termite Section 1 clearance is required in CA. Also, septic and water well inspections. VA must ensure that the septic and water well systems are permitted and qualified inspectors must determine that they’re up to code and in proper working condition.

Number of Homes For Sale Increased in October

Number of new listings in October 2023 increased by 0.3% from a year earlier, according to recent reporting by Redfin. Also, roughly 7% of homes also had price reductions. Although the increase in listings is great news for buyers, this is likely due to sellers uncertainty about market conditions in January 2024 and beyond.
